Hedgefire is a complete 1/35 scale scenery bundle designed to capture the claustrophobic, violent character of combat in the Normandy bocage. Instead of presenting the countryside as a flat backdrop, the set builds a layered environment in which dense vegetation, man-made infrastructure and battlefield positions shape the entire scene.

The two Normandy Hedgerow sets form the visual backbone of the composition. Bocage Rows creates raised field boundaries and narrow country lanes, while Dense Bocages adds heavier vegetation, irregular silhouettes and the depth required for a convincing enclosed landscape. European Wayside Weeds and Wild Shrubbery soften the transitions between the main elements and add smaller natural growth around paths, embankments and disturbed ground.

A tall Transmission Tower introduces a strong vertical landmark above the hedgerows and gives the setting a distinctive rural-European identity. The sewn Sandbag Emplacements turn the landscape into an occupied defensive position, while the Cow Carcass adds a stark narrative detail that underlines the destruction brought into the countryside.

Used together, the seven included sets provide the foundation for ambush scenes, armored breakthroughs, roadside engagements and defensive positions in Normandy. Vehicles and figures can be framed between the hedgerows, hidden behind vegetation or positioned around the field emplacement to create a composition with immediate depth, tension and direction.
