4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 All prices stated are final prices and include statutory VAT. Additional taxes and duties may apply for customers from non-EU countries.
4.2 The prices stated at the time of ordering shall apply.
4.3 Payments must be made within 10 days; otherwise, the order will be canceled. We are entitled to make partial deliveries if reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs will only be incurred if explicitly agreed upon.
4.4 Payments can be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop, including:

PayPal Pay Later (Installment payment, if available)
4.5 Express Checkout: By using express checkout, you agree to the transfer of your data to the respective payment service provider. The provider will verify and authorize the payment according to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.
4.6 In the event of default in payment, we are entitled to charge default interest of 5 percentage points above the base rate (§ 288 BGB).
