Additional Information

Pollarded Willow No.3 is the largest tree in the series, standing approximately 250 mm tall. Its heavily textured mature trunk and broad crown of upright new growth create a substantial focal point for large 1/35 scale scenes.

The characteristic pollarded form is recreated through a swollen crown, visible cut branch heads and numerous individually modelled willow shoots. Fine bark texture, narrow leaves and natural branch irregularities preserve the weathered appearance of a real mature tree shaped by decades of regular pollarding.

Despite its size and complexity, the tree is designed for efficient preparation. It is supplied in two main full-SLA printed parts that connect quickly after support removal and cleanup.

The large silhouette is particularly effective beside rivers, canals, low-lying farmland, wet meadows and rural roads. It can frame vehicles and buildings, dominate a wide countryside composition or establish the unmistakable atmosphere of a Western European landscape.
